Luis Moreno-Martínez (Madrid, Spain, 1989) is a Spanish career civil servant of the Community of Madrid and Secondary School Physics and Chemistry Teacher at IES Enrique Tierno Galván in Parla (Madrid, Spain). At this public high school, he serves as Head of the Physics and Chemistry Department. He also teaches Science in the Educational Enrichment Programme for Gifted and Talented Students of the Regional Government of Madrid.
